A site devoted to all my favorite recipes, including many native to St. Louis, MO. The goal of the site is to exchange recipes, including tweaks and reviews. Whether you grew up in Saint Louis and miss the local fare, whether you have visited and cannot find Toasted Ravioli in your home town or whether you just wonder what the heck Provel Cheese is, you can find it here.

What is Provel Cheese?
Unique to St. Louis, one taste and you either love it or hate it (most do love it). See the Wiki entry here . Our family buys it in 5 lb blocks from the Italian Market on Bryan Rd. Almost 1/2 the price we'd pay at a grocery!

Easter S'Mores
Everyone loves these anytime of year. Easter just gives us one more excuse to glamorize them. Easy-peezy and fun to do with the kids.
Ingredients:
Peeps - pick your favorite
M&Ms - Easter colors of course
Graham Crackers - I used Teddy Grahams for ease of assembly and yum-factor, sticks would be good for this purpose also
Directions:
Assemble ingredients by layers in a clear or glass container. The original recipe called for a small Mason jar but I used some fun glasses found at the dollar store. Enjoy "raw" or warm for a very short time (no more than 10 sec) in microwave.
