This recipe was given to me by my niece, the burgeoning chef from Florida.
Ingredients:
2 c. flour
1 c. butter
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. pumpkin
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chips or raisins
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. Cream butter, sugar, egg and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Drop 1/4 cup dough on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees.
