BLT Dip

The favorite of many but made best by Jil!

Ingredients:
1 pkg Bacon
4 tomatoes
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 loaf sandwich bread (or melba toast)

Directions:
Cook bacon until crisp. Chop bacon and tomatoes in very small pieces. Mix all ingredients in bowl and refrigerate.  Toast bread and cut into triangles. Recipe is enough for a whole loaf of bread.

  1. I hate to give away my secrets, but.... when you chop the tomatoes remove the seeds first. Also, I like to use roma tomatoes, so you have to adjust the quantity. :>)
