Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip

If you like chicken wings and cheese (and who doesn't?), and you haven't tried Buffalo Wing Dip...now is your chance. This recipe tastes great, is easy to make, and you can adjust the amounts of most of the ingredients to your specific taste.  Like blue cheese? Use all blue cheese dressing.  Like ranch? Use more ranch! That easy!

Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts (or any kind of boneless chicken meat)
1/2 bottle blue cheese dressing
1/2 bottle ranch dressing
1 package cream cheese
1 bottle Frank's hot sauce
1-2 C shredded cheddar cheese (amount and type of cheese to taste)

Directions:
Boil chicken breasts in water (or broth) for 30 minutes or until it flakes apart like fish.  While chicken is boiling, combine both dressings, cream cheese and hot sauce in a sauce pan.  Stir frequently and heat until smooth and creamy.  Mix cooked chicken into sauce and put all into a slow cooker.  About 30 minutes before serving, toss the cheddar cheese on top of the mixture and allow to melt. Stir before serving.
