Chicken and Grape Salad

A fresh new twist on the standard chicken salad. I had no idea these ingredients would combine to make the best chicken salad ever! This recipe serves 6-8. Best on croissants but quite tasty on whole grain as well.
Ingredients:
3 C diced cooked chicken
8 strips bacon, cooked and crumpled
2 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts, sliced and drained
1 C thinly sliced celery
2 C green or red grapes, cut in half
Dressing:
1-1/2 C mayonnaise
2 tbl dried parsley flakes (optional)
4 tsp finely minced onion
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp ground ginger
Dash of Worcestershire souce
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Combine the first six ingredients in a large bowl (and the sliced olives if you use them). Set aside.  In another bowl mix the dressing and add to chicken mixture, toss to coat. Chill until serving.
